Refund Policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All special orders and non-standard stock orders are subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit. Returned parts (after our approval) due to incorrect order or change of mind will incur a re-stocking fee of 20% of the goods total, require receipt and within 7 days of purchase. No refunds on special order parts, freight or trailers.  Freight is not refunded under any circumstance.  A trailer deposit to hold a trailer is non-refundable. All trailer prices exclude registration costs.

Rego is paid direct to Main Roads – all documentation is provided for you to be able to easily get the number plates.
